What we collect

• When you post a request: your name, phone number, optionally email, and what you wrote about the job.
• When you run a listed company: account details, and the registration and cover documents we verify.
• Automatically: basic request logs — page, timestamp, rough location by IP — kept to run and secure the service.

Why we collect it

To pass your request to companies that can do the work, to let them reply to you, and to keep the listings honest. That is the whole purpose.

Who sees it

Your request is shown to companies matching what you asked for. Your phone number goes to them so they can reply — that is the point of posting. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone who is not quoting on your job.

How long we keep it

Requests stay reachable by their link for 30 days, then are archived. Company account data is kept while the account is open. Logs are kept for 90 days.

Cookies

One cookie, for signed-in company accounts, to keep you signed in. It is httpOnly, so no script can read it. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, and we will — contact us. Deleting a request stops further replies to it.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed. Access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to run the service.
